Job Description Summary

To partner with IBM’s real estate teams, account stakeholders, internal specialists, and brokers across APAC to develop and execute transaction strategies aligned with client goals. Oversee acquisitions, disposals, renewals, and lease negotiations, ensuring efficient, compliant delivery. Drive negotiations, leverage market and financial insights, coordinate resources, and maintain strong governance and reporting to deliver cost savings, value, and risk mitigation.

About The Role:

  • Deliver end‑to‑end transaction management across acquisitions, disposals, renewals, and lease amendments
  • Support portfolio‑level strategy and Japan country‑wide transaction planning
  • Lead and coordinate brokers, advisors, and internal service lines
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage approvals through to close‑out
  • Apply financial and market analysis to support informed client decision‑making
  • Track progress, savings, and outcomes through disciplined reporting and controls
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders

About You:

  • Proven experience in commercial real estate transaction and/or portfolio management
  • Strong understanding of lease structures, negotiations, and financial analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions across markets in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident stakeholder manager with a client‑first mindset
  • Highly organized, commercially astute, and delivery focused
