Job Description:
Responsible for the overall performance of the organization's real estate portfolio to meet the strategic and operational needs of John Muir Health. Manages transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, and leases), lease administration services, medical office building facilities management and/or property management of the portfolio. Maximizes return on investment strategies and cost efficiencies. Creates and maintains a motivated, results oriented team and collaborates with various stakeholders to achieve organizational real estate objectives.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or
- Bachelor's Degree Real Estate or
- Bachelor's Degree Finance or
- Bachelor's Degree Health Services Administration Preferred or
- Equivalent Experience or Education Required
Experience:
- Real Estate - Transaction Experience Preferred
- Real Estate - Technical Contract Review Preferred
- 5+ years Relevant Work Experience Required
Certifications/Licensures:
- California Real Estate License or
- MCR - Master of Corporate Real Estate or
- CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute or
- SIOR - Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Preferred
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills essential.
- Understands the fundamentals of the real estate industry, and has the ability to manage outsourced vendors.
- Familiar with compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, written and oral skills.
- Strategic thinking skills coupled with flexibility to devise alternative approaches and outcomes.
- Must be able to lead and inspire in a team environment.

Exempt Salaried (United States of America)
Pay Range:
$176,276.00 - $264,415.00
Salary
Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
