Georgia Utility Programs

To guide the strategic growth of our utility programs business in Georgia, we are currently seeking a Portfolio Director to oversee ICF’s work with Georgia Power Company. You will guide a team of program management professionals responsible for the design, launch, and delivery of customer centric energy programs across the state. You will build relationships with our utility client/partners as you work with them to design and implement program strategies aligned with their customer program objectives. You will leverage your deep business and energy efficiency knowledge of Georgia Power, customer programs, and the energy transition to connect our utility client with ICF subject matter experts. You will work with internal partners to support the implementation of energy efficiency, distributed energy resource, and/or flexible load management programs.
You will partner with our utility client as you guide your teams to deliver high performing programs, excellent customer satisfaction, and strategic growth across Georgia. You will build a collaborative and inclusive team of senior program managers that will provide day-to-day management/leadership support to their program and team of ICF account managers. You will leverage best practices and resources from across our business and industry to promote the development of your teams and support your team members’ success in the delivery of important programs, projects, and tasks for our client(s).

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$144,381.00 - $245,448.00Georgia Remote Office (GA99)
