Job Description:
We are looking for a Director, Integrated Media Planning for one of our largest B2B clients.
You will serve in an important leadership role. You will report directly into our SVP, Client Solutions and Media Planning. You will also get to demonstrate your working knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital media) and available media research and systems. You will help manage the daily tasks by assuring focus on important client goals and communicating appropriate resource needs to meet ongoing client goals. This role can be remote.
Responsibilities:
Understanding of B2B media planning fundamentals
Experience with content syndication and media planning for complex B2B campaigns and accounts
Coordinate with multi-channel teams to design modern, strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across a myriad of media channels (TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic, Search)
Comfort overseeing and communicating directly with clients on questions and media plans
Evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables
Experience analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights
Manage a large Media Budget and Flowchart
Guide media channel selection and forward think on new opportunities
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in media planning in a large agency setting, with the majority of experience working in B2B
8+ years of media planning and buying experience in the TV, CTV, Social and digital landscape
8+ years of experience with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, Media Research tools
Understanding of content syndication and complex B2B accounts
Experience promoting collaborative relationships with other teams

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375.
Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
