This is a Senior Management And Organization Leadership position. As Director (Children and Youth Services), you will be responsible for the development and implementation of operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of programmes and services by the Service Group providing ‘Children and Youth Services’ (CYS).
You will work closely with the CEO as part of the Senior Management Team (SMT) to translate Care Corner’s aspirations and goals into a set of strategic initiatives, and support the implementation of these initiatives within the Service Group.
You will manage the financial and manpower resources to ensure optimal usage, and help build the talent pipeline for the organization as a whole. You will work with your Service Group leaders to identify capability gaps and support professional development of staff. You will help build and leverage on community networks to encourage social service integration.
This is a senior-level position that reports to the Chief Executive Officer, and you will be overall responsible for the teams in our children and youth work.
