Are you a strategic leader with a background in management consulting looking to transition into a high-impact executive role? As the Chief of Staff for Care Delivery International (CDI), you will serve as a senior-level strategic partner to the President of CDI.
This is a high-visibility position designed for a sophisticated professional capable of navigating the complexities of international healthcare operations and translating long-term vision into global execution.
Your Impact
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor for the President, providing data-driven counsel on critical business decisions, commercial strategy, and global priorities.
- Topic Prioritization: Partner with the President to identify and prioritize high-value strategic topics, ensuring the leadership team's energy is focused on the most critical business levers.
- Global Alignment: Bridge the gap between disparate international stakeholders. You will utilize advanced influencing and negotiation skills to drive alignment across diverse business units and functions.
- Special Initiatives and Events: Lead high-priority ‘special projects’ that fall outside the scope of other departments. This includes confidential strategic reviews, strategic initiatives, and leadership events
- Management Governance: Drive the CDI Management governance framework. This includes defining governance structures, setting high-level agendas, overseeing meeting preparation, and ensuring rigorous follow-up on executive decisions.
- Executive Communications: Author high-level briefings and keynote presentations that translate complex business strategies into clear, actionable narratives for a global audience.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years experience with extensive track record in Management Consulting or a comparable strategic corporate role within a global environment. Healthcare industry, payer, or health system experience is highly preferred.
- Education: MBA, JD, or MPP from a top-tier institution is highly desirable.
- Skillset: Advanced strategic project management skills; ability to facilitate collaboration and drive decisions across cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex data into a compelling executive narrative.
- Travel: Readiness for international travel to engage with regional business units and corporate leadership.
