  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, product, operations, and risk leaders to ensure disciplined execution and end-to-end alignment.
  • Ensure delivery of key milestones with a focus on quality, scalability, control, and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in payments, transaction banking, business management, and/or technical program management within complex financial services environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ledger integrity, financial controls, settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory alignment for large‑scale payment platforms.
  • Strong technical fluency, including understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and platform dependencies, with the ability to engage credibly with architects and engineers.
  • Proven success leading cross domain, enterprise scale initiatives, balancing business priorities, financial rigor, and technology execution.
