WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work in lockstep and report to the Vice President of North America Merchandising. In addition, you’ll partner daily with senior leaders across Merchandising, business integration, planning, Geo and Global teams, operating as a connective leader bridging Global and Geo strategies while influencing key decision forums.

This role sits at the center of North America Merchandising—where strategy meets execution. As Director, Merchandising Business Integration, you will help the organization move with clarity, speed and impact. You bring structure to complexity, translate ambition into action, and enable leaders and teams to deliver at their best in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. You’re energized by the connection between people, priorities, and decisions and are known for turning big ideas into concrete plans that deliver results. You’re a deep expert in merchandising, product creation and Nike’s key planning processes and can use this to help the team operate efficiently and effectively at the highest levels to help the team achieve Nike’s Mission of Creating Inspiration and Innovation for every athlete* in the world. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Product, Strategy, Operations or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to build, coach, and lead high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success navigating and leading through complexity in large, cross-functional, matrixed organizations
  • Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and outcomes
  • A clear, compelling communicator who can shape narratives, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment at multiple levels
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the judgment and confidence to move teams forward
  • Passion for process excellence, continuous improvement, and raising the bar on how teams work together
  • Working knowledge of Product Creation and Merchandising strongly preferred

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Translate merchandising strategy into clear priorities, operating plans, and execution roadmaps
  • Drive alignment across Merchandising, operations, planning, and Geo and Global partners through strong business rhythms and disciplined ways of working
  • Partner closely with the Vice President of North America Merchandising to prioritize initiatives, sequence work, and shape executive-ready narratives
  • Elevate how the organization plans, communicates, and delivers—bringing rigor, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing business integration team that scales impact across the organization
