Role Description
• Lead and scale PwC Digital’s Project Management function to ensure consistent, high-quality 
delivery of technology-enabled business solutions (ERP, HRIS, CRM, data/analytics) for our clients and internal initiatives.
• Provide hands-on programme and project leadership across multi-workstream, multi-vendor environments, embedding robust governance, quality and predictable outcomes.
• Establish and champion standardised delivery practices, enabling effective collaboration between Functional/Technical Consultants, clients and third-party providers.
• To explore: Oversee alignment between our Digital Strategy & Transformation team (Business Process Reengineering, Target Operating Model, etc...) and delivery teams to translate strategy and process design into successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Practice leadership and PMO establishment
- Design, implement and continuously improve our delivery framework (governance model, stage gates, templates, standards, QA and assurance).
- Build and manage the PM team (Project Managers, Project Coordinators), including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, capability development and performance management.
- Establish resource management processes (capacity planning, demand/supply balancing, skills tracking) and drive optimal utilisation.
- Set and track delivery KPIs; produce portfolio dashboards and executive reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Lead delivery risk management and quality assurance reviews; run health checks and readiness assessments (e.g., pre–go-live, hyper care).

Client delivery
- Lead complex, multi-workstream implementations (ERP, HRIS, CRM, data platforms and BI).
- Own end-to-end delivery: business case, scope, plan and schedule, RAID management, change control, budget and benefits tracking, cutover/go-live and hyper care.

- Implement pragmatic methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and enable effective collaboration across PwC teams, client stakeholders and third-party vendors/SIs.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and executive governance; facilitate steering committees and decision-making.
- Embed change management, training and communications to secure adoption and benefits realisation.
- Ensure compliance with PwC Risk & Quality standards, contractual obligations, data protection/GDPR and client-specific policies.

Go-to-market and commercial support
- Support pre-sales: solutioning, delivery approach, phasing, estimates, resourcing plans, risk assessment.
- Contribute to proposals, SoWs/MSAs, and commercial constructs; participate in or lead client presentations and orals.
- Assist account teams with portfolio planning and pipeline forecasting; identify 
opportunities for continuous improvement and additional value.
