This could be your everyday

Join the Digital Transformation & PLM Enablement team and help design innovative onboarding experiences for Amgen’s Digital Thread platform (3DEXPERIENCE PLM by Dassault Systèmes).

You’ll work closely with Business Process and UX specialists to create LLM-based toolkits (ChatGPT/CoPilot) that make onboarding and training adaptive, data-driven, and engaging.

Your work will directly support Amgen’s goal of improving PLM user readiness and adoption, enabling faster and more successful digital transformation across the organization.

Key Deliverables

• Research and design conversational assistants for digital learning.
• Map PLM onboarding workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop and test conversational flows, prompts, and user interactions.
• Evaluate ChatGPT-driven responses using usability metrics.
• Document prototypes in Confluence and visualize logic in Miro.
• Present findings and recommendations in a final showcase session.

What we expect of you We’re looking for curious, creative students passionate about UX and AI who want to apply their skills to global-scale digital transformation.

Profile:

• Enrolled in UX, HCI, Cognitive Science, Information Systems, or similar field.
• Strong research and English writing skills; interest in AI and user experience.
• Familiarity with Miro, Confluence, Jira is a plus.
• Comfortable exploring AI tools and learning through experimentation.
