Brand Activation
Working with the Activation lead to adapt the brand plan into the yearly Channel Activation plan. Ensure channel insights are considered through brand plan development process and fully embedded in Channel Activation plan.
Conduct planning and execution of brand activation including brand activation briefs for promotions, visibility, consumer engagement activities for the brands and creative solutions that will be executed in the regions.
Wide portfolio management (aligned with respective brand positioning and brand team directions) with efficient & effective ROI driven approach
Activation planning with clear and comprehensive guidelines and toolkits on how to implement the initiative.
Closely tracking activations with Regions and ensure promotion on time deliver in all channels
Lead activity evaluation by aligning on clear KPIs at the beginning of the project and promptly managing measurement and evaluation once the activity has been completed.
Act as lead point of contact with regional equivalent to ensure seamless roll out of activations, proactive information sharing and agile problem solving.
Act as brand guardian for implementation of Brand ID across all channels. Manage roll out of new logos, bottles shots, beauty shots etc.
Where needed, manage POS requirements (design and production) that will then be rolled out in region.
Financial Management
Working with the Activation lead to well manage consumer A&P. Manage day-to-day activation PO process.
Challenge HQ and Region team to spend efficiently & effectively to get the best value from our suppliers & agencies.
