Job Description:
Join our Ortho Digital team and play a key role in shaping the future of digital orthodontics in Italy. Our SPARK™ clear aligner system has helped treat over one million patients worldwide in the past five years—and continues to grow rapidly.
This is a remote-based position in the North of Italy, offering the opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge digital technology, clinical expertise, and customer engagement, with a strong focus on our clear aligner solution SPARK.
In this role, you will act as a trusted technical partner to dental professionals, supporting them throughout their digital journey. You will be responsible for the initial processing and assessment of digital orthodontic cases, delivering high-quality technical support, and providing on-site and remote Spark demonstrations in close collaboration with our Sales teams.
The role involves 25% of travelling and supporting dental events.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on digital dentistry, customer training and education, and problem-solving, while building long-term relationships with doctors and internal stakeholders.
You’ll have a direct impact on customer success, product adoption, and the continued growth of SPARK in the Italian market.

Job Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
A Dental Technician or Dental Hygienist background is preferred, along with prior experience in the dental and/or orthodontic industry.
Solid understanding of digital orthodontic workflows and manufacturing processes.
Previous experience in a similar digital or technical support role, ideally involving:
Intra‑oral scanners
CAD/CAM systems
Digital design software
3D printing and digital dentistry
Tech‑savvy and digitally confident, with strong IT literacy (Windows, macOS, MS Office, remote support tools) and the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions for users.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive and self‑sufficient professional attitude, combined with a strong team‑oriented mindset.
An enthusiastic, logical, and creative thinker who enjoys problem‑solving and continuous learning.
Native‑level Italian and fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally; a valid driver’s license is required.
