As a Senior Digital Media Strategist Manager, you will be responsible of bringing innovation to the plans, staying in touch with digital industry, assessing consumer & competitive trends.
You will have the responsibility to set the right dynamic within the SANTANDER digital team by ensuring the planning of the digital brand awareness campaigns (SEO, SEM, Web, ivideo, search, social media, programmatic, etc) on time and in line with internal controls, constantly looking for efficiencies and synergies across touchpoints with consumers

Design best in class digital media strategies to achieve brands’ business objectives, constantly looking for efficiencies, ensuring harmony between online & offline vehicles (as well as with other teams such as marketing, data, market technologist) and within digital mix.
Be responsible for defining the right partner mix, buying model, reporting needs definition and delivery.
Support purchasing team in negotiations with main digital partners and directly manage negotiations with delegated digital partners
Bring innovation by staying in touch with digital industry trends and partnering with Media vendors and tech partners for the execution of the Plan. Main point of contact for external partners.
Be responsible for the management of the team generating a solid structure to execute the work in time and quality. Creator of team processes and work base templates.
Collect and understand Business’ requirements and needs to translate them into the best performing strategies & plans, optimizing multi-channels adoption and using AdTech tools to achieve the desired outcome.
Support the Head of Category for all Media Plan and Scheduling activities related to Digital investments. Managing Digital budgets, and liaising with LD for digital investments.
Manage metrics and insights and present main outputs to internal partners.
Understand basic consumer data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.
Assess consumer & competitive trends
Act as business owner, doing things right, tracking budget committed, adhering with internal controls.

Professional Experience
Min. 7 -10 years of experience
Provable digital planning expertise career and key digital performance indicators knowledge.
Great understanding of the Spanish market
Languages
Fluent in English
Hard Skills
Knowledge of software, equipment and tools such as: Microsoft Office Package, DSPs and DMPs management, digital media planning platforms management (such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager or Tiktok Ads), serving and tracking technologies (such as Flash Talking or Moat) and market digital platforms (such as GfK)
Digital campaigns’ execution expertise (campaigns’ set up, optimization & reporting). Experience with CPG companies is highly appreciated
Soft Skills
