Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Performance Management

  • Develop and Execute Digital Sales Strategy: Formulate digital sales strategies aligned with our digital product goals, translating market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive insights into concrete action plans.

  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Take primary responsibility for achieving the team's revenue quotas, leading and supporting pipeline management, opportunity generation, and contract closures.

  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Conduct accurate sales forecasting and provide regular performance analysis and reports to maximize sales activity efficiency.

  • Value-Based Selling: Understand customer business challenges and lead the team in formulating strategies to convincingly communicate the business value (e.g., ROI, efficiency gains, improved patient outcomes) our software solutions offer.

2. Customer Relationship & Market Insight

  • Build Key Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders, strengthening partnerships for long-term customer success.

  • Understand Customer Needs: Keenly observe evolving customer needs and digital transformation trends in the diagnostics industry, incorporating these insights into product development and sales strategies.

  • Competitive Analysis: Develop strategies that maximize the unique strengths of our products based on a deep understanding of competing software solutions in the market.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with relevant Customer Areas: Work closely with related Customer Areas like Core Lab, Pathology Lab and so on to effectively convey digital  value to customers and support complex solution sales.

  • Partner with Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan lead generation activities and brand awareness campaigns that support sales efforts.

4. People Leadership 

  • Team Building & Motivation: Identify team members' strengths, motivate them to leverage their full potential, and cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture.

  • Performance Management & Coaching: Closely manage team sales activities, providing regular one-on-one meetings and feedback to offer tailored coaching for skill enhancement and performance improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biotechnology, Medical Informatics, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of B2B software solution sales experience and 3+ years in a sales team leader or management role.

  • Deep understanding and experience with modern software sales methodologies, including SaaS, cloud solutions, and subscription models.

  • In-depth understanding of the diagnostics industry or healthcare IT, including relevant experience (e.g., LIS, EMR integration).

  • Proven experience successfully managing and leading complex, long sales cycles.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a track record of driving team performance.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
