Satair, an Airbus Services company, is looking for a skilled Digital Product Owner to drive delivery and operational excellence for two new strategic portals:
OEM Insights, our supplier/OEM performance and analytics portal, and
Satair Connect, our API portal enabling seamless digital integration with our customers and partners.
You will operate in a dual Product Owner setup, where the Business Product Owner defines the product vision and business priorities, while you translate that vision into execution—roadmaps, backlog, DevOps and delivery. You will lead the work of two dedicated development teams (10–12 external developers).
What you will do
Turn the Business Product Owner's direction into clear, actionable delivery roadmaps for both portals.
Own and manage the digital backlog across OEM Insights and Satair Connect, ensuring alignment, clarity and prioritisation.
Lead two external development teams to deliver predictable, high-quality releases and stable operations.
Drive the DevOps setup for both portals, including monitoring, performance, incident handling and continuous improvement.
For OEM Insights: shape the portal into the trusted supplier interface for performance, demand, backlog and revenue insights, built on Power BI, SAP BTP and Satair's data mesh architecture.
For Satair Connect: deliver a best-in-class API experience on SAP BTP (API Management) and SAP Commerce Cloud, including API catalogue, documentation, onboarding flows, access control and analytics.
Collaborate closely with architects, UX/CX, Digital product teams, Engineering, business stakeholders and Airbus counterparts.
Ensure full adherence to Airbus CyberSecurity, GDPR and internal data governance standards.
Drive a consistent, intuitive and reliable user experience across both portals.
What you bring
Experience as a Product Owner, Digital Product Manager or Portal Owner in a complex digital or data-driven environment.
Strong ability to translate business needs into structured delivery plans and execution.
High technical understanding (APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data products), without needing hands-on coding or prior experience with SAP or Power BI.
Comfortable leading and coordinating multiple development teams and external partners.
Strong communication, stakeholder alignment and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with agile delivery practices and modern DevOps principles.
