Digital Product Manager – Ferguson Home; Project Tool

As a Digital Product Manager for Ferguson Home’s Project Tool, you will define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for a key feature of our digital experience, the collaborative planning tool on FergusonHome.com. This platform empowers Pros, homeowners, and sales associates to design, plan, and purchase for home improvement projects while strengthening communication and relationships. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of technology and business, championing customer needs and driving self-service capabilities within their account. You will collaborate across teams to deliver an agile roadmap that enhances project planning and creates exceptional experiences for Ferguson Home customers.

Location: This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate your product’s vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead the development of a detailed roadmap and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Research & Analysis

  • Identify customer needs through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Assess market competition and provide insights to inform product decisions.
  • Prepare short-term and long-term forecasts, reports, and analyses for leadership.

Execution & Delivery

  • Collaborate with business, sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to define and prioritize requirements.
  • Partner with project management to ensure scope and timelines are met.
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams in an agile development process.
  • Optimization & Measurement
  • Monitor product health through analytics and user feedback.
  • Apply data-driven insights to improve prioritization and execution.
  • Conduct A/B testing and user testing to validate solutions and measure outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of Product Management experience; eCommerce experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with Jira and roadmapping tools (e.g., Airtable).
  • Customer-centered approach to solving sophisticated business and user problems.
  • Strong performance mentality with the ability to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and empower cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in business customer alignment and prioritization across internal and external partners.
  • Experience in agile product development methodologies.
  • General understanding of customers, industry, and technology stack; relevant domain experience is a plus.
  • Adaptable and proactive in managing change with a positive demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay Range:

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$6,374.70 - $10,450.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
