Your role here

In your role of a Digital Print Production Team Lead, you will supervise daily print production operations and support a small team in a fast‑paced environment. This role is hands-on and focuses on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Your experience and background

  • Background working in a manufacturing or print production environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital print production workflows, including importing and preparing final art files.
  • Ability to lead and follow production schedules in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Hands‑on experience using digital print software to set up and manage production run volumes.
  • Prior involvement in recruiting, hiring, or training manufacturing or production employees.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting routine print machine errors and equipment issues.
  • Experience operating de‑palletizers, conveyors, repalletizers, or similar production machinery.
  • Certified or experienced in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
  • Understanding of quality assurance processes within manufacturing or print operations.
  • Knowledge in order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Strong dedication to workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years' experience in a business environment preferred.
