We are hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team for 1st shift Sunday 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday through Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm shift. Overtime required as scheduled.
• Average incentive over $250 per month.

Qualifications
• Strong work ethic and ability to work additional hours in addition to regular shift hours
• 3-5 years’ material handling equipment experience preferred
• Drive to excel in fast-paced environment
• Responsible for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks
• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required
Responsibilities
• Operate powered industrial equipment, including but not limited to order selectors and stand-up forklifts, in accordance regulatory requirements and Ferguson safe operating procedures
• Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Effectively connect with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Complete tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization

$15.00 - $30.25-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
