Position Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer with strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices and hands-on execution of digital marketing programs. Our online presence is extremely important for the success of our digital marketing programs, and this position will play a big role in helping to drive our business' growth and success.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing strategies to promote awareness and lead generation for Entrust’s brand and products online through search engine optimization, AI search optimization, paid search and paid media advertising, conversion rate optimization (A/B testing), UX, and more.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate all web requests via Asana and other mediums from the business segments and work with the cross-functional teams (campaign, segment leads, web team) to implement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize for conversion for paid media campaigns

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and help drive CRO

  • Perform keyword and prompt research for SEO, GEO and paid search

  • Assist with Salesforce tracking requests across channels to enable attribution

  • Help manage 3rd party vendors across different channels

  • Prepare reporting decks for QBRs and various other reporting needs to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent. 

  • 5 years+ of experience in digital marketing (or related) experience, preferably in security or high-tech. Proven experience generating demand through digital marketing channels. 

  • Experience with paid media, paid search, retargeting strategies, SEO, and CRO testing programs. 

  • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Eloqua and other CRMs.

  • Strong planning/organizing skills with ability to prioritize work activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building landing pages in a CMS and /or Eloqua - optimized for paid media.

  • Strong analytical and metrics-based decision-making experience

  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing & analytics best practices

  • Comfort with fast-paced timelines and a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and grow.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Self-starter mentality.

Compensation Range:


The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $101,042-$148,194 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
