Digital Marketing Lead
Convera is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to manage a team of marketing operations specialists in executing high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive business impact. Sitting within the Digital Marketing function under the broader Brand & Content organization, this role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution — ensuring that campaigns are planned thoughtfully, built efficiently, and measured effectively. This is a global role, requiring close collaboration with regional stakeholders to ensure campaign consistency, scalability, and local relevance.
This fast-paced, high-volume environment demands exceptional attention to detail, proactive stakeholder management, and flawless execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. Success requires deep knowledge of B2B marketing operations, including campaign frameworks, lead management, and marketing automation - particularly Pardot and Salesforce.
This role is open to candidates based in the United Kingdom, or Lithuania, with core collaboration across global marketing and regional teams.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Partner with brand & content, product marketing, and sales teams to translate business goals into campaign strategies.
- Oversee campaign intake and planning, audience segmentation, nurture design, and execution across Pardot and other marketing automation platforms.
- Ensure flawless campaign delivery including campaign design, Pardot forms build, email workflows, lead routing, and QA.
- Develop standardized campaign frameworks and playbooks to improve efficiency and drive scalability.
Team Leadership & Management
- Oversee the work of a team of marketing operations specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and career development.
- Prioritize workload and allocate resources to ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Act as a player-coach—providing strategic direction while staying hands-on to support the team, foster shared ownership, and lead by example.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence
Process & Technology Optimization
- Own end-to-end campaign operations and processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on marketing automation best practices, including lead scoring, segmentation, and deliverability.
- Partner with Sales Operations to ensure smooth lead management, CRM alignment, and reporting accuracy.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technology enhancements to improve campaign performance and team productivity.
- Ensure marketing data integrity by owning the initial data flow into the RevOps stack and partnering with RevOps to monitor and maintain Pardot–SFDC mapping.
Measurement & Insights
- Define campaign KPIs in alignment with marketing and sales goals.
- Partner with analytics teams to provide campaign performance reporting and actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data feedback and evolving market dynamics.
- Demonstrate strong data fluency - comfortable working with complex datasets, surfacing actionable insights, and informing strategic decisions.

- The ideal candidate brings both technical marketing automation expertise Pardot/SFMC and leadership skills to scale processes, optimize campaign performance, and support the broader marketing and sales organization.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, campaign management, or demand generation, with 3+ years of team management experience.
- Certification in Pardot, and hands-on Salesforce CRM and related Martech tools experience.
- A solid understanding of lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and attribution.
- Own a structured A/B testing framework to ensure continuous experimentation, optimization, and insight generation across campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with BI systems, data analytics, and translating insights to optimizations.
- A willingness to work variable hours as required.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Wrike, FeedOtter, ZoomInfo, FX, payments, or financial services is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory
