Digital Marketing Consultant

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Consultant will serve as a strategic partner and hands-on resource supporting multiple operating companies (OpCos) across Envista. This role is responsible for providing guidance, best practices, and enablement to help OpCos elevate their digital marketing performance and adoption of enterprise marketing technology tools. The consultant will collaborate closely with OpCo marketing teams and the central Digital Marketing & Innovation Center (DMIC) to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, technology standards, and brand objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with OpCo marketing teams to assess digital marketing needs and opportunities for optimization. 
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices across digital channels, including websites, email, SEO, paid media, analytics, and social media. 
  • Support adoption and utilization of enterprise marketing technology platforms (CMS, Marketing Automation, Social Media, SMS, DAM, Campaign Development). 
  • Deliver enablement sessions and training to build digital marketing capabilities across OpCos. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Analytics, Brand, and Global Marketing) to ensure consistent execution and governance. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance, user experience, and operational efficiency. 
  • Assist with execution support as needed, including campaign setup, content deployment, or reporting. 
  • Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics to inform ongoing optimization. 

Job Requirements:

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferred. 
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or related roles. 
    • Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional teams or multiple business units. 
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance measurement. 
    • Experience with marketing automation, CMS, CRM, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Acquia, Google Analytics, etc. preferred). 
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 
    • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. 

    Preferred Skills 

    • Experience within multi-brand or global organizations. 
    • Background in digital transformation, marketing enablement, or consulting. 
    • Working knowledge of data visualization or AI-enabled marketing tools.

    Target Market Salary Range:

    Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
