Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager to drive data-led digital strategies that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across our commercial real estate services. This role partners closely with senior leadership and regional teams to localize, execute, and optimize digital initiatives for the Vietnam market.Job Description
About the Role:
Develop and execute Vietnam-specific digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and CRE market dynamics.
Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Zalo, email marketing, and paid media.
Optimize owned digital platforms (website, social media, EDM) through SEO/SEM, analytics, and performance insights to improve engagement and conversions.
Lead marketing automation and CRM integration to support lead nurturing, tracking, and reporting.
Create, localize, and manage digital content (articles, visuals, videos, infographics), ensuring brand consistency and strong user experience.
Monitor campaign performance against KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, conversions), providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders for digital production, property campaigns, budgets, and compliance with brand and data privacy standards.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4–5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B, professional services, or commercial real estate environments.
Strong hands-on experience across paid media, social platforms, website optimization, analytics, and marketing automation.
Proven ability to translate data into insights, with solid analytical and performance-driven thinking.
Creative yet structured, with strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills, both written and spoken.
