Digital Learning Content Intern

Video Content Creation & Editing 

• Assist in producing and editing video modules for corporate education courses. 

• Apply branding guidelines and ensure content is clear, engaging, and accessible. 

Learning Asset Development & Organization 

• Help design supporting materials (e.g., transcripts, quizzes, graphics) to complement video lessons. 

• Organize and upload assets into the LMS or content repository for easy access. 

• Leverage AI tools for content development and production 

Quality Review & Optimization 

• Review video courses for accuracy, clarity, and learner experience. 

• Test courses in the LMS, identify issues, and recommend improvements for usability and engagement. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Rising Junior or Senior (graduating in December 2026 or later) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Positive and professional with a strong desire to learn and grow in content development and multi-media or education production 

• Highly organized self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 

• Eager to learn and adapt to new software systems (training provided) 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

• Experience with Workday, Salesforce, or Content Development tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Camtasia or WellSaid Labs) is a plus, but not required 

• Exposure to AI tools for work enhancement or content development is a plus 

This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about digital learning content creation, eager to learn new tools, and ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
