Digital Lead - Global Finance Client - 3 Month FTC

About the Role:

3-month Fixed term contract - Jan start

This is a rare opportunity for a senior leader to help shape the future of one of the world’s most iconic global brands at a pivotal moment. You’ll define and drive the brands global digital agenda—advancing capability, modernising ways of working, and elevating marketing performance across markets and lines of business. This role is for a visionary, commercially minded digital leader excited to push boundaries, accelerate transformation, and deliver meaningful impact on a major global account.

  • Build, lead and rollout digital agenda for global enterprise – aligning to brand business objectives
  • Work with media partners and teams to craft T&L agenda that aligns to our digital learning agenda and ensure T&L is appropriately operationalised
  • Expand digital and martech capabilities to drive forward personalisation
  • Develop relevant thought leadership and POVs on key topics in a regular and defined cadence
  • Work closely with the DS team to ensure appropriate QA processes, governance and guidance for activation + ensure we continue to push boundaries and activate in line with our digital agenda 
  • Work closely with the data team to ensure we have the right solutions in place. Modernise and centralise our approach to reporting, adtech
  • Continuously surface new opportunities for cross LOB digital integration and ensure expansion of Omnicom services
  • Showcase new Omnicom products and capabilities to clients and package up as solutions
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Oversee digital, DS, data teams and work closely with PT team to ensure strong digital collaboration across the client business

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
