As part of HP’s continued growth in Hybrid Work and Collaboration Solutions, we are looking for a Digital Experience Product Manager to take our Poly brand digital touch points to the next level.
What you will do
- Uncover key growth opportunities in the digital space by analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and internal performance metrics.
- Translate insights into clear, strategic recommendations that elevate digital customer experience and fuel business growth.
- Design, own and lead an ambitious long-term product strategy for our landing pages (e.g., HP.com) and our 3D Meeting Room Configurator (e.g., HP Poly Spaces) that drives high visibility, excellent UX/UI, and ultimately conversion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Design teams to prioritize initiatives that drive measurable impact.
- Work closely with the SEO/SEM functional team, and other company functions (Content, UX, IT) to align their initiatives and requirements with the landing pages product development.
- Identify enhancements for our search and e-tail channels (e.g. page features, content, etc.), convert them into requirements, experiment and then scale what works.
- Build business cases to influence executive stakeholders and secure alignment across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs and iterating on strategies to maximize performance.
- Be a mentor to other colleagues by showcasing deep expertise in your domain and advocating for best-in-class digital customer experience.
What you will bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a product related role where you learned development lifecycle and how to work cross-functionally, such as in Product Management, Growth, Customer Experience; or a related field. B2B space and/or large international websites experience is a plus.
- Empathy for ITDMs/BDMs as well as understanding of the role of the OEM website in the purchase journey.
- A genuine interest in technology, website & e-commerce space, and user experience.
- A data-driven and customer-centric mindset, with curiosity around KPIs, product usage, and customer feedback.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse, international teams. Great organizational skills.
- Creativity and critical thinking to approach problems with fresh perspectives.
