This role will be part of Kimberly Clark's International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business—an organization rooted in purpose and innovation that has built a legacy with global impact. As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements. About You

SAP Core and Integration Technical Delivery Leader is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of SAP core platforms and enterprise integrations, combining technical architecture leadership with hands‑on delivery.
This role ensures that SAP core systems (ECC / S/4HANA) and integration solutions are architecturally sound, scalable, secure, and delivered on time, while aligning with business strategy and enterprise IT standards. Establish technology governance across the SAP Core and the Enterprise Integration landscape.

The position acts as the single technical authority and delivery owner for SAP integrations, bridging business, functional teams, system integrators, and platform teams.

SAP Core Technical Architecture Responsibilities

  • Own and define the technical architecture for: SAP S/4HANA / ECC landscapes, SAP Fiori and UI architecture and ABAP stack and SAP HANA database.

  • Drive S/4HANA transformation initiatives (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid).

  • Ensure adherence to Clean Core principles and controlled custom development.

  • Experience in SAP Function Workstream like Finance, Supply Chain & Manufacturing and Sales & Distribution.

  • Design and govern SAP system landscapes (DEV, QA, PRE‑PROD, PROD).

  • Review and approve SAP technical designs, enhancements, and upgrades.

  • Partner with SAP Basis and infrastructure teams on: Performance, High availability and Disaster recovery.

  • Provide architectural direction for SAP extensions and side‑by‑side developments.

Integration Architecture Responsibilities

  • Provide architectural direction for SAP extensions and side‑by‑side developments.

  • Define and own the enterprise SAP integration architecture

  • Design and standardize integration patterns using: SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh), SAP PI/PO (where legacy exists) and REST, SOAP, OData, and event‑driven integrations

  • Lead API‑first and reusable integration strategies.

  • Govern SAP‑to‑SAP and SAP‑to‑non‑SAP integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Ariba, SuccessFactors).

  • Define standards for: Error handling and monitoring, Logging and alerting and Security and authentication (OAuth, certificates).

  • Drive migration from legacy integration platforms to modern, cloud‑based solutions.

Integration Delivery Leader Responsibilities

  • Lead API‑first and reusable integration strategies Own end‑to‑end delivery of SAP integration initiatives.

  • Translate business and functional requirements into delivery plans and technical roadmaps.

  • Plan and manage: Scope, Timelines, Dependencies, Risks and mitigation.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for integration delivery issues.

  • Coordinate delivery across: SAP functional teams, Integration developers, External system owners and System integrators and vendors.

  • Ensure delivery quality through: Design reviews, Code and integration flow reviews, Testing and deployment governance.

  • Track and report delivery status, milestones, and risks to leadership.

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and integration reuse.

Governance, Quality & Compliance

  • Establish and enforce: Architecture standards, Integration design guidelines, Documentation and naming conventions.

  • Ensure compliance with: Enterprise security policies, Data privacy and regulatory requirements Audit and operational controls.

  • Define and monitor non‑functional requirements: Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability.

  • Support production stability and incident root cause analysis.

Stakeholder & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Act as technical authority for SAP core and integration topics.

  • Partner with: Business stakeholders, Enterprise and solution architects, Program and project managers, Security and infrastructure teams.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to SAP and integration teams.

  • Influence architectural and investment decisions at program and leadership levels.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 10+ years of SAP technical experience

  • 5+ years in SAP integration architecture and delivery roles

  • Hands‑on experience delivering large‑scale SAP integration programs

  • Experience with S/4HANA transformations and cloud adoption preferred

  • SAP Technical Skills

    • SAP S/4HANA and ECC architecture

    • SAP Fiori and UI architecture

    • ABAP and CDS (design‑level expertise)

    • SAP Basis and landscape design knowledge

  • Integration & Cloud Skills

    • SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management)

    • SAP PI/PO (migration knowledge preferred)

    • REST, SOAP, OData, event‑driven integrations

    • SAP BTP and hyperscaler platforms (Azure / AWS)

  • Delivery & Leadership Skills

    • Strong delivery ownership and execution mindset

    • Program and dependency management

    • Risk identification and mitigation

    • Vendor and system integrator management, leading cross vendor teams and delivery partner

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
