MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
This role has responsibilities to execute the high-quality performance of visualizing and creative digital, which is focusing on 3 below key points:
(1) Leverage creative design/ edit tools and AI technology to develop, test, and optimize multi‑platform creative assets to drive demand generation and purchase conversion, (65%)
(2) Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure accurate, consistent content and brand identity across all digital touchpoints for a seamless user experience. (25%)
(3) Continuously innovate and evolve the visual/creative system in line with platform trends and emerging technologies. (10%)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Leverage creative design/ edit tools and AI technology to develop, test, and optimize multi‑platform creative assets to drive demand generation and and purchase conversion.
• Develop digital-first visual and content from briefs, including social media content, key visuals, digital ads, digital banners, edm, and videos (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo, Web, etc.)
• Create mockups, visual and video adaption from master storyboards, and final assets optimized for various digital platforms (Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Create multiple test variants of design elements to improve demand generation and purchase conversion performance daily based on creative performance and optimization.
• Create multiple POSM, both new and adaption, from master key visual including booth, standee, top board, hanger, wobbler… to drive in-store visibility
(2) Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure accurate, consistent content and brand identity across all digital touchpoints for a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to conduct quality control process (MLR) to ensure accurate, consistent content and brand identity complying with company policies before publication and distribution.
• Collaborate with brand team, external agencies and developers to ensure accurate asset deliverables and cohesive digital experiences.
(3) Continuously innovate and evolve the visual/creative system in line with platform trends and emerging technologies.
• Stay current with digital design trends, platform guidelines, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity and product content of the brand across all DTC channels, including creating product detail pages, promotional banners, and seasonal campaign visuals.
• 2 - 5 years Digital design or creative roles within an agency or digital studio.
Prefer to have:
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or interactive design.
• Familiarity with Adobe, Figma, Sketch, and common Creative/ UI/ UX tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or collaboration with front-end developers.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Above: Graphic Design/Digital Marketing/ Multimedia Design/ Creative Technologies/ Communication / Marketing / Advertising

• Understanding digital formats, resolutions, and platform best practices.
