Job Description Summary

As a Digital Core Transformation Lead for Global Logistics, Supply Chain, and Service Fulfillment – IT, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing strategic initiatives and execution across the Digital Core Produce to Deliver (P2D) and Deliver to Service (D2S) value streams. Leveraging extensive experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA, OTM/GTM/WMS Cloud, AI enabled digital capabilities, and modern enterprise technologies, you will drive an end to end cloud transformation journey.
This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, program leadership, and cross functional orchestration to deliver scalable global solutions across regions and business segments.
You will own delivery for P2D and D2S tracks, and partner with other tracks for execution dependencies for I2M (Idea to market), PDH (Product data hub), P2P (Plan to produce), etc. along with partnering closely with the PMO, global business focal points, functional SMEs, IT architects, data and testing teams, and system integrators to deploy a consistent global template and ensure measurable business outcomes.

You will also apply program management best practices to establish objectives, detailed plans, governance, risk/change management, quality assurance, metrics, and communication frameworks to ensure successful execution.


 

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Solution & Process Design Leadership

  • Own the end‑to‑end future‑state process design for the track by partnering with architects and functional leads; define standardized global processes with controlled localizations.

  • Facilitate structured design workshops to gather requirements, identify gaps, define KPIs, and convert business needs into epics, stories, and configuration aligned to value.

  • Ensure cross‑track alignment with I2M, P2P, S2P, R2R and adherence to enterprise architecture and data standards.

  • Produce and maintain process documentation, RACI, acceptance criteria, and drive sign‑off for releases.

Data, Integrations & Technical Alignment

  • Define business and data requirements for integrations across the Oracle Cloud SCM ecosystem, including WMS, TMS, Finance, Trade Compliance, 3PLs, and carrier networks.

  • Partner with integration teams to establish reusable patterns, API/OIC standards, error‑handling frameworks, and SLA throughput expectations.

  • Lead data readiness, including mapping, profiling, quality validation, conversion, reconciliation, and cutover data governance.

Testing & Quality

  • Build comprehensive end‑to‑end testing scenarios (functional, cross‑track, localizations, regulatory/EFD).

  • Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and fix validation; manage SIT, UAT, performance & cutover rehearsal criteria.

  • Ensure quality assurance reviews, compliance with internal controls, and SOX/GxP where applicable.

Cutover, Go‑Live Readiness & Business Continuity

  • Define and maintain the track’s go‑live readiness criteria, cutover plans, dependencies, and environment strategy.

  • Validate business continuity and fallback models, ensuring readiness of carriers, 3PLs, trading partners, and service networks.

  • Support hypercare setup, war‑room cadence, stabilization KPIs, and early‑life support governance.

Business Readiness & Change Enablement

  • Identify training populations and partner with BFPs/SMEs to enable role‑based training aligned to localization needs.

  • Support OCM activities—persona impacts, communications, training, adoption metrics.

  • Drive UAT sign‑off, operational readiness (SOPs, carrier setup, freight audit readiness, 3PL SOW alignment, service parts policies).

Program, Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between business and IT; provide direction to SI partners and internal teams.

  • Manage scope, risks, dependencies, decisions, and drive timely cross‑track resolution.

  • Provide transparent status reporting, KPI tracking, budget/burn oversight, and leadership updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field; 15+ years of relevant experience (Master’s preferred).

  • 5+ years of hands‑on Oracle Cloud SCM (or equivalent ERP) with at least one global end‑to‑end deployment.

  • Deep experience in Transportation (OTM Cloud), WMS, Global Trade, 3PL connectivity, Freight Payment, Dangerous Goods, Service Logistics, Reverse Logistics.

  • Strong executive‑level communication, collaboration, vendor management, stakeholder alignment, and cross‑functional leadership.

  • Experience with organizational change management (OCM), readiness assessments, resistance management, and adoption planning.

  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, with ability to manage risks in dynamic environments.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/Kanban, DevOps tools (Azure DevOps/Jira), and digital program governance.

  • Strong understanding of systems thinking across process‑data‑integration‑controls.

  • Able to work across global time zones; domestic/international travel required.

  • PMP certification preferred.

  • For roles outside of the USA- This role requires significant experience in the Digital Technology & Technical Product Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • For roles in USA - Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience in regulated/healthcare supply chains, GxP validation, and SOX/controls.

  • Knowledge of costing/financial impacts (landed cost, freight accruals).

  • ERP certifications in Oracle Fusion, OTM/GTM Cloud, WMS Cloud, Advance Inventory, etc.

  • Experience with analytics and KPI frameworks for service and supply chain operations.

Pay Range

For Poland based positions, Annual Salary Range:408 000,00PLN-561 000,00PLN
