We are seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist (Temporary) to join the Digital Campaigns Chapter within Roche's Global Digital Hub. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate end-to-end campaign content delivery across all channels, ensuring seamless coordination between global and local teams while maintaining consistent messaging throughout the organization. As both a content production coordinator and strategic advisor, you will empower our affiliate network to achieve their content goals while advancing Roche's digital vision.
The Opportunity

Key responsibilities include:
Drive content orchestration: Manage end-to-end campaign and content delivery across all channels and request types, ensuring delivery standards are met and stakeholder feedback is captured
Facilitate network collaboration: Initiate strategic conversations between global and local teams to align messaging, share insights, and maximize content reuse across the affiliate network
Manage stakeholder communications: Incorporate feedback, revise content requests accordingly, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
Build strategic relationships: Cultivate strong connections across the affiliate network by staying current with digital trends, industry innovations, and sharing best practices
Enable affiliate success: Support affiliates in achieving their content goals while maintaining alignment with Roche's broader digital vision
Support demand planning: Assist with content demand planning and integrate local forecasts into Roche's global methodology for strategic readiness
Provide insights and recommendations: Collect data on localization progress and engage with global brand teams to communicate key learnings and strategic recommendations
Who You Are
You are a proactive, organized professional with a foundational background in content production and digital campaign coordination. You excel at facilitating communication between diverse teams and possess strong relationship-building skills that enable you to manage stakeholder expectations effectively. You have a solid grasp of the Life Science industry, including its regulatory and compliance landscape, and you thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in content production, project management, or digital campaign management, with demonstrated expertise in coordinating digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, content creation, and campaign management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience facilitating collaboration between global and local teams
Proficiency in project management tools and software, with readiness to learn new systems
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and translating feedback into actionable content strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the Life Science industry, including key local compliance and regulatory concepts
