Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and digitally savvy Digital Brand Manager to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence and drive business growth. This role will report to the Area Digital Marketing Manager North Asia, and work closely with the brand teams, supporting and collaborating on key initiatives across media planning, digital creative development, social media campaigns, and e-commerce ad performance, while engaging with both global and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with global media agency to optimize brand media plans for both efficiency and effectiveness across digital channels. 

- Lead the development of digital creatives for advertising and brand websites, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. 

- Plan and execute social media campaigns and influencer marketing initiatives to enhance brand engagement and reach. 

- Partner with global teams to update and localize brand websites, ensuring relevance and consistency in the Japanese market. 

- Analyze advertising performance, GA4 data, consumer reviews, and other digital metrics to generate actionable insights. 

- Evaluate and implement emerging digital technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation. 

- Maximize e-commerce sales through ad optimization, budget management, data analysis, and dashboard reporting.

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

- Proven track record in managing digital campaigns, media planning, and performance analysis. 

- Experience in producing digital creatives such as videos, banners, and copywriting for advertising and brand communications.

- Strong understanding of digital KPIs, analytics tools (e.g. GA4).

- Language: Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English. 

- Education: BA

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- Hands-on experience in e-commerce especially in Ad planning and optimization with familiarity with Amazon and Rakuten.

- Work experience in the FMCG industry, preferably on the brand owner side.

- Experience using AI tools for data analysis or campaign optimization.

- Understanding of modern CMS platforms and hands-on experience in updating and managing websites using CMS tools.

- Knowledge of SEM/SEO/LLMO, programmatic advertising, and content marketing best practices.

- Experience leveraging 1st party data to improve campaign performance.

- Experience with retail media platforms.
