We are looking for an Associate in Digital Assurance to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in supporting IT compliance and risk management initiatives, focusing on IT controls, security, and governance. As a member of our team, you will work on maintaining the reliability and safety of technology infrastructure and compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct analysis and assessment of technological environments to ensure compliance and manage risk;
  • Perform IT audits and evaluate IT controls and governance across various systems;
  • Implement and manage changes within systems, security controls, and server-side solutions;
  • Collaborate on IT compliance projects focused on Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and IT General Controls;
  • Work with SAP systems, prioritizing technology management controls.

Technical Skills Required: 

  • Experience in technological environments analysis or a related field;
  • Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting and background in IT compliance, risk management, IT audit and IT controls; 
  • Technical expertise in change management and security controls; 
  • Familiarity with leading server-side and database solutions; 
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations and IT governance will be an advantage; 
  • Experience with SAP system will be a plus.

Other Skills Required: 

  • Strong analytical skills; 
  • Good communication skills; 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; 
  • Advanced or fluent proficiency in English; 
  • Basic proficiency in Polish is an advantage.
