The Digital Acquisition Specialist at Manulife Philippines will support the Digital Acquisition Lead and contribute to the agency transformation efforts. This role focuses on executing digital acquisition strategies to attract and engage potential distribution talents and customers. The Specialist will work closely with various teams to implement targeted acquisition initiatives and optimize performance, with a key focus on engaging with financial advisors and agency leaders.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and refining digital acquisition strategies to attract potential distribution candidates and customers.
Conduct market research to identify potential talent and customer segments for targeted acquisition.
Implement digital campaigns and initiatives to attract and engage target segments.
Utilize various digital platforms and tools to execute acquisition strategies effectively.
Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth execution of acquisition programs.
Monitor the performance of digital acquisition initiatives using analytics tools.
Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Recommend improvements to strategies and processes based on performance data.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital acquisition.
Perform other tasks assigned from time to time to support departmental goals and objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in digital marketing and acquisition strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Innovative mindset with attention to detail.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
