Title:
DG BOSS: Administrative Specialist I
- Primarily responsible for providing administrative support for the Custodial Supervisor and workers.
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities of the Custodial department.
- Responsible for submitting various reports (daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual).
- Planning and organizing staff training, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare requisition/MPR for all various office materials, supplies, and equipment and ensure it adequate level of availability.
- Conducts clerical duties including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
- Coordinates and attends meetings (if needed).
- Assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
- Responsible for consolidating paper timesheets of all employees.
- Maintains personnel records including a screening of Leave / R&R Requests and Personnel Action Notices (for travel, promotions, transfer, and termination) before submitting them to the HR Department.
- Typical duties include general clerical and project-based work.
- Responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department but are mainly administrative.
- Under close supervision, IAW standard procedures require some knowledge of general office procedures.
- Supports general business operations by providing simple administrative support activities.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be able to speak and compose comprehensible, concise English in a professional business-standard.
- Must possess administrative, organizational, and computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high-stress environment.
- Ability to encourage teamwork and manage priorities and deadlines.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through to completion of multiple tasks, under strict deadlines and changing priorities.
- Previous experience with, or an ability to learn to use common office equipment, such as modern phone systems, and copy machines.
- Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.
- Must possess country of origin driver’s license and be able to drive a manual and/or automatic transmission vehicle.

EDUCATION:
- Must be at least a high school graduate is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of at least two (2) years of experience in Business and Industrial areas and/or general office experience performing the full range of office support duties.
