Are you an aspiring investments professional looking to gain invaluable experience in the Discretionary Fund Manager space. Our clients are Discretionary Fund Managers who create and manage a range of solutions that provide a consistent, reliable approach to investment. We are looking for an individual with financial services, operations and account management experience particularly within investments to join our DFM Enablement team.

This role contributes in the design and development or/and maintenance of innovative product offerings; and contributes to the management, maintenance, innovation and enhancement of existing products through its life cycle.

Incumbent works at an individual level or within a team and is individually accountable for the routine application and delivery of work up to 3 months in time span, where outputs, tasks and timelines are clearly specified.

Key responsibilities will include amongst others:

• Manages an institutional client account of various Discretionary Fund Managers (DFM)
• Manages, implements and checks transactions requested by DFM client
• Provides support to business development and distribution channels
• Undertakes market/ competitor/customer focused research.
• Develops and tests/prototypes concept product propositions.
• Evaluates concept feasibility and iterates refinements.
• Co-develops the product Client Value Proposition
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders to undertake and implement the product build phase. 
• Contributes in undertaking of the functions of rendering specialist product support, management of the book; product enhancements; and product performance tracking and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience required

• 3-year relevant Tertiary Qualification
• At least 3 years financial services experience
• 2-3 years’ experience working with Discretionary Fund Managers 
• Strong operational and account management background in investment industry.
