A bit about your role
As a DevSecOps Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping technical solutions and guiding delivery within an agile environment. You’ll act as the technical decision-maker, resolving conflicts and removing delivery barriers while actively contributing to design, coding, and testing activities. This role is central to ensuring technical quality and alignment with enterprise standards, while promoting engineering and DevOps metrics to drive continuous improvement. You will also serve as the technical point of contact for engineers across multiple pods, providing leadership and managing technical risks. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and architecture teams across the enterprise to deliver high-quality outcomes.

A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, it’s likely that you have strong experience in DevSecOps practices and software engineering within agile delivery environments. You bring deep technical expertise, a passion for quality, and the ability to lead and influence engineering teams. Your ability to establish best practices, monitor compliance with enterprise standards, and manage technical risks will set you apart. You thrive in collaborative settings and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders across multiple teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
