Sisal NXTGen is a newly launched internship program designed to empower the next generation of talent in the fields of ICT and Business. In its first edition, the program will welcome 30 motivated students who will gain hands-on experience across more than 10 departments and organizational structures. Through the guidance of 15 dedicated mentors, participants will be supported in developing practical skills, exploring their career aspirations, and growing into the best version of themselves—while contributing to meaningful projects within the company.

We’re looking for 2 motivated students to join our Sisal NXTGen Program as DevOps Platform Intern. In this role, the selected students will gain hands-on experience in supporting cloud and on-premise infrastructure, assisting with deployments, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting while learning best practices in DevOps and IT operations.

This role focuses on supporting cluster management, helping with automation tasks, assisting in monitoring and logging, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with the team to learn processes and contribute to smooth, high-quality platform operations.

What you’ll do:

• Assist the team in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Help with monitoring and logging using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Fluent Bit.
• Support basic troubleshooting and incident reporting under supervision.
• Learn to use automation tools like Ansible, Helm, and Makefile.
• Observe and assist with security practices and access control.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to documentation and process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with real-world DevOps tools and platforms.
• Mentorship from experienced engineers.
• Insight into cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and automation processes.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree student or recent graduate in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, cloud computing, or container technologies (Kubernetes is a plus but not required).
• Interest in DevOps, automation, and IT infrastructure.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a collaborative team environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
