What's the role about?

  • Defect validation with Customer Complaints
  • Investigate and validate reported defects in mobile devices based on customer complaints
  • Perform manual functional tests on phones to confirm the presence and nature of the defect
  • Accurately process product returns in the internal system
  • Maintain up-to-date records of return transactions for tracking purposes
  • Create and manage return orders using Assurant software
  • Adherence to QA SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Participate in regular training and updates to stay aligned with the latest QA practices
  • Record inspection results and escalate any deviations or non-conformities
  • Promote a quality-first mindset, accountability, and clear communication within the team
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay aligned with the latest QA practices and tools
  • Contribute to team discussions and initiatives aimed at improving QA processes and customer satisfaction

Does this sound like you?

  • Experience in mobile device testing or consumer electronics QA preferred
  • QA experience in warehousing or logistics environment highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to follow defined processes and procedures accurately
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Basic proficiency in using computers and inventory management systems
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing for extended periods and handling devices
