  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in PLC programming and debugging within the industrial automation field.
  • Proficiency in programming and hardware configuration with at least one major PLC brand (e.g., Siemens S7-1200/1500 TIA Portal, or Beckhoff/Twincat3.1).
  • Familiarity with industrial networks and communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC UA).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for onsite issues. Must be willing and able to travel for short-term or frequent assignments.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience developing SCADA/HMI applications (e.g., Siemens WinCC, Intouch) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MES/EAP system interface development and SECS/GEM standards is advantageous.
  • Ability to understand electrical schematics and basic electrical knowledge to collaborate effectively with electrical engineers.
  • Prior experience in automation projects within industries such as Semiconductor, Automotive, Lithium Battery, or Food & Packaging is preferred.
