To design and develop websites that meet high standards of visual appeal, usability, and technical performance. Ensure optimal site functionality, including speed, scalability, and capacity to handle varying traffic demands. Contribute to technology projects by executing defined plans and delivering outputs that align with program objectives and quality requirements.
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong Hogan Core Banking experience to design, develop, and support mission-critical banking applications within a mainframe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Hogan / COBOL applications
- Perform advanced coding, debugging, optimisation, and impact analysis
- Support production systems and resolve complex defects
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Core Banking, and Infrastructure teams
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- COBOL – 5+ years
- Hogan Core Banking – essential
- Mainframe & batch processing experience
- Strong JCL knowledge
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
- Critical banking systems | High-impact environment
