ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Security Ops Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in bridging development, operations, and security, ensuring robust and secure infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in security principles, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies, with a proactive approach to implementing best practices and driving process improvements.

WHAT YOU’ WILL DO: this role your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage and operate infrastructure services, providing support to the team.
  • Lead and contribute to the implementation of infrastructure strategies and projects.
  • Ensure optimal performance and availability of infrastructure systems; troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure requirements and support design and implementation.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement within infrastructure services.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Act as a key liaison between development, operations, and security teams, fostering collaboration and shared responsibility for security.

WHO YOU ARE

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1+ years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, cybersecurity software, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Excellent technical knowledge combined with strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Continuous learner who stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Familiarity with modern networking tools (e.g., Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Palo Alto, Juniper) and cloud platforms is a plus.
