What you will do:
- End-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across the full software lifecycle
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM architectures
- Own and manage Azure DevOps pipelines, ensuring robust CI/CD practices
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments
- Manage solution lifecycle including versioning, patching, and release governance
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
- Ensure adherence to DevOps, ALM, and coding best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and deployment issues

- Advanced customization and configuration:

- C# plugins and custom workflow activities
- JavaScript / TypeScript
