Lithia Subaru of Fresno is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our growing team. If you have a passion for cars and take pride in making vehicles look their absolute best, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do:
Clean, wax, polish, and detail vehicles inside and out
Apply protective finishes to exterior surfaces
Vacuum interiors, clean upholstery, and remove stains
Perform vehicle inspections to ensure top-quality detailing
Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We Are Looking For:
2 yrs. Prior experience in automotive detailing or car wash preferred
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00.
This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.
