Overview
The Systems Administration & Support Seattle Contractor will report to the manager of Systems Administrations & Support (SAS) and will be responsible for support of the TNS corporate workstation environment. The technician will be responsible for all aspects that impact the user endpoints, including MacBook and MacOS laptops, JAMF management system, Office365, Azure and Active Directory, Group Policy, software deployments, security patches and updates, network, printers, phone support. In addition, the SAS technician will ensure timely resolution of internal employee incident requests as well as assist with selected projects as assigned by the SAS manager and Desktop Engineering.

Responsibilities
- Address and resolve employee concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Ongoing support of corporate Mac and Windows workstations
- Troubleshoots MacOS, JAMF, Azure & O365, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and mail requests
- Understand employee business workflow and mission critical application stack.
- Work alongside TNS Security team to address workstation security incidents
- Assist with testing of new and existing approved workstation applications
- Support staff operation and responds to system outages
- Assists with setup of all supported endpoint devices
- Support video, data, and voice conferencing solutions for company meetings
- Document work by ensuring tickets are logged for support request and note troubleshooting steps when escalating
Qualifications
· 3+ years' experience with corporate workstation troubleshooting
· 3+ years' experience with supporting MAC workstations
· 3+ years Windows administrative skill set, including Enterprise applications
· 3+ years troubleshooting in the Windows environment
· Experience in a real-time, mission critical environment
· Excellent customer service skills
· Proficient technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Ability to support remote workstations and environments
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
· Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to obtain requirements from clients
