Pay Range: $58,000 - $65,000 Yearly

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Desktop Support Technician to join our team. This position will primarily involve supporting hotel systems, providing technical assistance at the corporate office in Denver, and managing user accounts. The role requires occasional travel to various hotels to provide on-site support and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide desktop support to hotel staff and corporate office employees, troubleshooting hardware, and software.

· Maintain corporate applications and hotel systems.

· Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure system integrity at hotel and corporate locations.

· Assist with managing accounts in Azure, performing password resets, and maintaining user access rights.

· Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and new solutions across both environments.

· Travel to various hotel and corporate sites to provide on-site technical assistance and maintenance.

· Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.

· Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

· High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or technical certification in IT is a plus.

· Experience in technical support or a similar IT role.

· Familiarity with corporate IT environments, and Active Directory / Azure account management is highly desirable.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Work Environment:

·Frequent computer-based and hands-on technical work involving hardware and software troubleshooting

·Regular interaction with Team Members to diagnose and resolve technical issues

·May require light travel between corporate office and property locations

·Occasional lifting of computer equipment and peripherals as needed Exit interviews
