Role overview
We are looking for a motivated Office-Based Salesperson to join our Central Europe team (covering France, Benelux, DACH, and Eastern Europe).
The role focuses on outbound outreach to partially qualified leads, with the goal of generating interest and handing over prospects to the Sales team, with the possibility of assisting the sales team by managing small deals sent by our partners
Initially, the priority will be winning French clients in the hospitality sector for our payment solutions.
What you'll do:
Contact potential customers via phone, email, and online channels to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Qualify leads and handover interested prospects to Sales for conversion.
Execute outbound campaigns across Europe, with a strong focus on France and collaborate with marketing and regional teams.
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM (Salesforce) and manage pipeline progress.
Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Who you are:
Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
Proven experience in inside sales or outbound lead generation.
A hunter mentality – enjoys proactive outreach and engaging new customers.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Adaptability to adjust outreach strategies based on lead status and campaign performance.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with partially qualified leads or leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Background in campaign-based sales outreach targeting specific regions within Europe.
Knowledge of payment solutions, hospitality industry or tax-free regulations.
Previous experience in a multilingual, international sales environment.
Ability to adapt messaging to local market nuances and cultural differences.
This is a office-based position. This position reports directly to the Head of Sales France.
