This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication, administrative accuracy, and service coordination to maintain Four Seasons’ legendary standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
What you will do
Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring accurate room status updates and task allocation
Serve as the main point of contact between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments
Maintain and update housekeeping logs, reports, and administrative records
Monitor guest requests and follow up to ensure timely and exceptional service delivery
Support supervisors with scheduling, attendance tracking, and inventory control
Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when required
Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards, policies, and safety procedures
Assist with onboarding coordination and training records for housekeeping colleagues
What you bring
- 1 year experience in same position
- English proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education preferred
Previous experience in housekeeping operations, hotel administration, or a similar role
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in hotel systems and basic computer applications
A service-oriented mindset aligned with Four Seasons culture and values
English and computer skills (word, Excel and power point,)

• Full-Time 8hrs
