● Use of Service Stream, 3rd Party and Client Design Tools and Programs to create order stage specific deliverables, reflecting the standards and requirements of Service Stream and the Client.
● Quality assurance assessment of Service Stream, 3rd party and Client supplied deliverables.
● Liaising with Service Stream, 3rd Party and Client parties to contribute to design solutions.
● Providing technical guidance to ensure delivery of cost and quality optimized solution.
● Provide Technical troubleshooting to aid resolution of onsite queries.
● Communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner.
● Administrative work such as updating trackers and other applications.
● Delivery of work to the required quality level, within determined SLA’s.
