We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer who is passionate about quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams, ensure high‑quality releases, drive UAT, and contribute to strengthening QA practices within the organization.
Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Developers, Testers, and Business Owners to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
Understand detailed system functionality and testability for assigned modules/products.
Continuously analyse and improve the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Review test scenarios, support functional delivery, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure production releases meet business and client expectations around usability and functionality.
Implement the QA vision and quality strategy within the team.
Participate actively in grooming, planning, and retrospective meetings to enforce QA best practices.
Plan and execute quality assurance activities to ensure timely milestone delivery.
Maintain, update, and hand over regression test suites to the RTE team.
Continuously learn the product, platform, and domain.
Work with business teams to understand and validate requirements, user stories, and processes.
Track issues, manage cross‑team tasks, and ensure high‑quality delivery of all features.
Ensure test coverage, traceability, and accurate reporting of test status.
Mentor junior QA members and help build Subject Matter Experts within the team.
Diagnose and support quick resolution of live production incidents.
Perform automation testing and develop automated regression test scripts.
Strong experience in functional, regression, and automation testing.
Exposure to financial domain / investment platforms (if applicable).
Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks/tools (specify if you want: e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
Experience range required as a functional tester 4 to 8 Yrs
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into test scenarios.
Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to diagnose production issues quickly.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
