1. Strategic Planning & Budgeting : Plan, budget, and coordinate execution of valve-related design and engineering services for KSB Germany, France, and internal customers, covering new development, optimization, re-design, and support functions.
2. Project Leadership & Technical Oversight : Lead and guide the engineering team in executing projects using Unigraphics and other internal tools, ensuring adherence to technical standards and quality benchmarks.
3. Project Monitoring & Reporting : Track and report project progress with respect to budget, schedule, and quality; ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
4. Cross-Departmental Coordination : Collaborate with partner departments on long-duration development projects to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
5. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with internal customers and the Valves – Products & Compliance (VPC) department to ensure responsiveness, flexibility, and delivery of value-added services.
6. Service Portfolio Expansion : Identify new engineering service opportunities within the KSB Group and expand the scope of offerings to enhance departmental impact.
7. Process & Innovation Culture : Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technology adoption within the department.
8. Competency Development : Drive employee development through training, mentoring, and skill enhancement initiatives aligned with evolving business needs.
9. Governance & Compliance : Implement and uphold the organization’s mission, vision, policies, objectives, and values within the department.
