Design Director

Lendlease currently has an opportunity for a Design Director to join our team in Queensland to help secure and deliver major projects.  The role will require large scale design, cost planning and consultant team management. You will be accountable for overall design, user engagement, compliance management and cost planning requirements.

You will lead a team of direct reports as well as a broader consultant team. You will also be part of a senior project leadership team responsible for delivering on project objectives. This is a great opportunity to play a significant role on an exciting project with real pathways for development and growth to overall project leadership. 
 

About You:

• At least 10 years experience with a main contractor leading design, stakeholder engagement and budget development
• Proven change management experience
• Major D&C project experience with demonstrated team and multi-discipline design leadership
• Large scale project experience – AU$500m +
